Our Culture

Tennessee is known as the Volunteer State and we want to portray that attitude not only to our customers but also to our community and employees. Our employees have a direct impact on our customers and the satisfaction of their product, so we want to make sure that we give back to them to show our appreciation and loyalty. So, to do that every year at Christmas we provide a special Christmas shopping party where we reward not only the employees but their children as well. This tradition has become very impactful for our employee’s families and it brings us joy to see the smiles on their faces.

Our community is also very special to the Elliott Family and one organization that we are proud to spotlight is Ridin High. Ridin High is a therapeutic riding center that is passionate when it comes to helping challenged individuals meet their goals. With their qualified and experienced team, they can give these individuals opportunities for physical improvement by improving core muscle use, and emotional improvement by bonding with the calm, relatable therapeutic horses.
